• Users may cancel membership anytime
• Services remain active until end of billing cycle

Refund Policy

• Monthly plans → No refund
• Yearly plans → Refund available with conditions

Refund Calculation

• If service is used for more than 2 days in a billing month
  → That month’s charge is non-refundable
• Remaining amount is refunded after deduction

Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 15–20 days after approval
